AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4660 - Described as: Part of the W 1/2 W 1/2, SW
1 , NW 1/4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; described as
beginning 30 feet north and 40 feet west of the SE
corner of said W 1/2, W 1/2, SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence N
0° 09' 04" E, 531.4 feet; thence N 89° 57' 36" W,
247.74 feet; thence S 0° 08' 51" W, 231.33 feet; thence
S 0° 16' 41" W, 11.93 feet; thence N 896 46' 16" E,
40.33 feet; thence S 0° 30' 37" W, 159.4 feet; thence S
820 19' 11" E, 210.31 feet to the point of beginning,
from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General Commerical
and "C -4" Open Display (West 36th and Shackleford Road,
northwest corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code or Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
