ORDINANCE NO. 15,130 e
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
z- 4243 -B - Described as: A part of Tract "A" of
Wests Commercial Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of Tract "A" for the point
of beginning, said point of beginning lying on the west
right -of -way line of Barrow Road; thence S 0° 59' 38"
West along said west right -of -way line, 142.70 feet;
thence continue along said west right -of -way line S 0°
56' 15" E, 258.78 feet; thence leaving said west
right -of -way line, N 89° 25' 42" W, 203.69 feet; thence
S 89° 45' 0" W, 208.07 feet; thence N 10° 12' 32" E,
161.67 feet; thence N 89° 03' 45" E, 180.42 feet;
thence N 0 13' 37" E, 237.37 to the north line of
said Tract "A "; thence N 89° 45' 00" E, 200.0 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 2.55 acres more or
less, from "C -4" Open Display to "C -3" General
Commercial (1200 John Barrow Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district may be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinances shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
