AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
225 KEIGHTLY DRIVE (Z- 3727 -B),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of Lot 5, amended plat of Jay Smith Subdivision,
Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the common corner of Lots 407, 408 and 492,
Kingwood Place Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and said Lot 5, Jay Smith Subdivision; thence
S 09° 10' 30" W along the easterly lot line of said
Lot 5, 86.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence S
09° 10' 30" W and continuing along said easterly line
100.0 feet to a point, said point being the SW corner
of said Lot 492, Kingwood Place Addition; thence S 78°
28' 05 "Ealong the South line of Lot 492, 50.4 feet to a
point; thence S 25° 32' 45" W, 26.25 feet to the NE
corner of Lot 3, said Jay Smith Subdivision; thence N
76° 06' W along the North line of said Lot 3 and along
the North line of Lot 2, said Jay Smith Subdivision,
135.0 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 2, said corner
being located on the easternment common line between
said Lots 5 and 4, said Jay Smith Subdivision; thence N
24° 47' E along said common lot line and said line
extended northeasterly, 120.58 feet to a point; thence
S 800 49' 30" E, 59.14 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 10,500 square feet or 0.2353 acres more or
less.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for a
self storage warehouse.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
