AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
MARKHAM PARK DRIVE, NORTH OF WEST
MARKHAM STREET (Z- 1662 -A), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and part of the SE
1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as:
Starting at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of said Section 4; thence S 00° 01' 09" W, 1,399.75
feet to a point on the North right -of -way line of West
Markham Street; thence S 89° 55' 14" E along said North
right -of -way line 675.44 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 41° 19' 05" W, 50.00 feet; thence
along a curve to the left having a radius of 154.45
feet, and an arc distance of 78.28 feet, and a chord
which bears N 55° 50' 16" W, 77.44 feet; thence N 70°
21' 28" W, 26.31 feet; thence N 17° 15' 01" E, 200.04
feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius
of 496.68 feet, an arc distance of 105.28 feet and a
chord which bears S 79° 50' 48" E, 105.08 feet; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 212.36
feet, an arc distance of 29.82 feet and a chord which
bears S 81° 53' 45" E, 29.79 feet; thence S 15° 40' 55"
W, 267.55 feet to the point of beginning containing
0.706 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for an
automobile tire dealership.

SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
