AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone calssification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated,
only upon the dedication of a right -of -way on Stagecoach
Road by the owner in conformance with the street standards
of the Master Street Plan.
Z -4634 - Described as: Part of the S 1/2 of all that
part of the N 1/2, NE 1/4, Section 5, T -1 -S, R-13 -W,
lying west of Hot Springs Pike in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
starting at the SW corner of the N 1/2, NE 1/4, Section
R, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence
North 793.1 feet; thence S 89° 23' E, 1465.4 feet to a
point on the West right -of -way line of Stagecoach Road;
thence S 22° 27' W along said West right -of -way line
222.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
S 22° 27' W along said West right -of -way 36.3 feet;
thence S 280 39' W along said West right -of -way line
247.6 feet; thence N 680 27' W, 228.5 feet; thence N
20° 27' E, 55.0 feet; thence N 47° 33' W, 141.5 feet;
thence N 79° 27' E, 152.4 feet; thence N 20° 10' E,
50.0 feet; thence S 78° 09' E, 268.4 feet to the point
of beginning containing 1.7 acres, more or less, from
"R -2" to "O -1" (9202 Stagecoach Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect upon
the completion of the conditions provided for in Section 1
hereof.
