AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE EXTRATERRITORIAL AREA OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AS PROVIDED FOR IN
ARKANSAS STATUTE 19 -2829.
WHEREAS, Arkansas Statute 19 -2829 gives the City of
Little Rock the authority to zone property within three
miles of its corporate limits, and
WHEREAS, the property commonly referred to as Deltic
Farm and Timber property has completed a Land Use Plan which
is in compliance with the City's Extraterritorial Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has held a
duly advertised zoning public hearing on the property in
question.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be established as indicated below.
All property within the area described below is hereby
zoned "R -2 ";
The W 1/2 of Sections 30 & 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; Section 25 &
part of Sections 23, 24, 26, 35 & 36, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, part of
NW 1/4, Section 6, T -IN, R -13 -W, and part of the N 1/2, NE
