ORDINANCE NO. 15,252
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 11,817 KANIS ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4789 - described as: All of the North 400 ft. of Lots 7
and 8, Edwards Subdivision of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 9,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 2.45
acres more or less, from "R -2" Single - family District to
"C -3" General Commercial District;
FM8 0
All of Lots 7 & 8, EXCEPT the North 400 ft., Edwards
Subdivision of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 3.59 acres
more or less, from "R -2" Single - family District to
"MF -18" Multi - family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
