WHEREAS, the staff has prepared a land use plan entitled the 65th
wl Street West District Plan, and
WHEREAS, the 65th Street West District Plan has been reviewed by
the public and by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and
aWHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of
nthe 65th Street West District Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. The 65th Street West District Land Use Plan is hereby
adopted.
SECTION 2. This land use plan will be used by the City as a
guide for future land use decisions.
