ORDINANCE NO. 15,240
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4765 - Described as Lots 7 -10, West Highland
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, and that portion of
closed east /west street lying north and adjacent to
said Lots 7 and 8, less and except the north 50 feet
and the east 50 feet of Lots 7 and 10 from "R -2" Single
Family to "0 -2" Office and Institutional.
AND
The North 50 feet and the East 50 feet of Lots 7 and 10
from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open Space (Autumn
Road north of Hermitage Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
