AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 626
WHEREAS, the former commissioners of Street Improvement
District 626 of Little Rock, Arkansas, are either deceased or now
reside outside the district; and
WHEREAS, the street improvements for which Improvement
District 626 was created have been completed; and
WHEREAS, there remains $883.32 in the county treasury which
should be refunded to the property owners on a pro -rata basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. Frank A. Porbeck
Mr. E. I. Strohm
and Mr. James E. McClelland, Jr.
are hereby appointed commissioners of Street Improvement District
No. 626 in order to assure disbursement to titleholders, on a pro
rata basis, of any excess monies that have been collected by the
(county as improvement district levies since the original
improvements within the District have been made.
