AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OR ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4832 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Se— on 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the SW corner of the said NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 33,
thence N 20 14' 0" East along the west line for 639.54
feet to a point on the Southerly right -of -way line of
Arkansas Highway No. 5; thence along said Southerly
right -of -way line, 640 12' 25" E, 135.90 feet and N 51°
23' 25" E, 208.98 feet; thence S 2° 14' 0" W, 843.60
feet to a point on the south line of said NE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 33; thence N 87° 0' 0" West along said
south line for 278.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 4.661 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "C -3" General Commercial. Less and except
part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 33, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of
said NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 33; thence N 2° 14' 0"
East along the west line for 179.10 feet; thence N 800
53' 12" E, 283.52 feet; thence S 2" 14' 0" W, 238.60
feet to a point on the south line of said NE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 33; thence N 87° 0' 0" West along said
south line for 278.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 1.32 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "O -S" Open Space (Stagecoach Road, West of
I -430).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district may be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
