AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,525.00 FROM
THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE CITY'S
GENERAL FUND FOR THE JTPA CITY BEAUTIFUL
KIDS PROGRAM FOR SUPERVISORY STAFF SALARIES;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the City's
unappropriated balance of the City's General Fund the sum of
$12,525.00 for supervisory staff salaries for the remainder of the
1987 City Beautiful Kids Summer Program.
SECTION 2. Declaring An Emergency. It is necessary that
these funds be expended immediately in order to meet payroll
obligations. Therefore, it is declared that an emergency exists,
and this Ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the
public welfare, peace, health and safety, shall take effect and be
in force from and after the date of its passage.
