AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 014,517,
THE PARK SYSTEM MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO SHOW A
RECONFIGURATION OF PARK SITE 11C (CP).
WHEREAS, a subdivision has been filed impacting proposed
Park Site 11C (CP) as shown in attached Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, staff has done a thorough analysis of conditions
in this case and has determined that a new configuration is
appropriate; and
Whereas, the Planning Commission of the City of Little
Rock has considered and approved the reconfiguration as
shown in attached Exhibit B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Official Master Parks Plan Map is hereby
amended as per attached Exhibit B.
SECTION 2. The Park System Master Plan Chart #2 Proposed
New Park Site Legal Descriptions is amended to read as follows:
