AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4823 - Described as part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of
Sec on 34, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point 228.5 feet north of
the southwest corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, thence
north along west line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, 1475.5
feet; thence S 89° 41' East (deed 210 feet - measures
209.4 feet); thence south 1050.0 feet; thence S 89°
41' E, 446.0 feet; thence S 430 12' West (deed 602.0
feet - measures 580.7 feet); thence N 89° 41' W, 258.5
feet to the point of beginning, less and except a 20
feet sewer easement over and across the west side
thereof,
AND
Part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, of Section 34, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, run
thence north 228.5 feet long the west line of said SW
1/4, SW 1/4; thence S 890 41' E, 208.7 feet; thence
south parallel to the said west line thereof 228.5
feet; thence N 89° 41' W, 208.7 feet to the point of
beginning, from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light
Industrial (10724 and 10726 Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district may be and it is hereby amended to the extend and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
