AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4838 - Described as part of the N 1/2, SE 1/4, NW
174, NE 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as starting at
the NE corner of the N 1/2, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
said Section 32, thence S 0° 10' west along the east
line of said N 1/2, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, 330.0 feet
to a point; thence west, 182.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence West, 150.0 feet to a point; thence N
0° 10' E, 330.0 feet to a point; thence East 150.0 feet
to a point, thence S 0° 10' W, 180.0 feet to a point;
thence W, 50.0 feet to a point; thence S 00 10' W,
150.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.9642
acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2"
Light Industrial (Jamison and I -30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
