O•INANCE NO. 15,314 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4834 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, of
Section 34, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as commencing at
the SE corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 34;
thence north along the east line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4
252.6 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of
U.S. Interstate Highway 30; thence S 66° 57' 37" West
along the north right -of -way line of said U.S.
Interstate Highway 30 326.0 feet to the point of
beginning (said point also being the SE corner of Tract
2, Vogelsberg Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, as
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 of the records of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas); thence continue S 660 57' 37" W along the
north right -of -way line of said U.S. Interstate
Highway 30 193.19 feet to its intersection with the
north right -of -way line of Baseline Road; thence S 730
47' 50" West along the north right of line of Baseline
Road 75.0 feet to the SW corner of said Tract 2,
Vogelsberg Subdivision; thence N along the west line of
said Tract 2 175.54 feet to the NW corner thereof;
thence N 670 05' 14" East along the north line of said
Tract 2 199.08 feet to the NE corner thereof; thence S
23° 0' 46" East along the east line of said Tract 2
170.25 feet to the SF, corner thereof and the point of
beginning. The above described property is also known
as Tract 2, Vogelsberg Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open
Display (I -30 and Baseline Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be 3 1
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
