AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4816 - Described as Lot 7, Block 9, Mountain Park
Addi itit on to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, less and except the 5, 10 feet, and a tract
of land situated in the County of Pulaski County, State
of Arkansas, being a part of Lot 7, Block 9, Mountain
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
being a portion of a strip of right -of -way which is
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the intersection of the easterly right -of -way line of
University Avenue and the north right -of -way line of
Cantrell Road, said point being adjacent to Station 407
+ 00 of the centerline of Cantrell Road; thence 10 feet
easterly along the said northerly right -of -way line of
Cantrell Road to a point; thence the deflect 149° 58
feet left and proceed 11.63 feet to a point on the said
easterly right -of -way line of University Avenue; thence
deflect 1 20° 42' left and proceed 6.0 feet along the
easterly right -of -way line of University Avenue to the
point of beginning, and containing 30 square feet, more
or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General
Office (6020 Cantrell Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district may be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
