AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE, OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
2- 3773 -A - Described as part of the E 1/2 of the NE
1/4, Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, in Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point where the north line of Asher
Avenue intersects the center of the right -of -way of
MOPAC Railroad spur, thence NE 1 foot along the north
line of Asher Avenue 114 feet; thence northwesterly
along a line 97.5 feet from and parallel to the center
line of said railroad spare 50 feet to the point of
beginning, thence N 29° 22' E, 222.2 feet to a point;
thence S 89° 36' W, 57..1 feet to a point; thence S 28°
22' W, 191.1 feet to a point 50 feet northwesterly of
the point of beginning; thence southeasterly 50 feet to
the point of beginning, from "I -2" Light Industrial to
"C -3" General Commercial (4726 Asher Avenue).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district may be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
