AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15,276
VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF WEST 23rd
STREET BETWEEN GII2.IAN AND POTTER STREETS.
WHEREAS, the developer of certain properties anticipated
the closure of a portion of West 23rd Street between Gilman and
Potter Street which led to the passage of Ordinance No. 15,276
and
WHEREAS, the developer of this project for which this
street closure was needed has decided not to proceed with the
development of this property; and
WHEREAS, it is his desire to return the street
right -of -way to its original location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 15,276 vacating and closing a
portion of West 23rd Street between Gilman and Potter Streets is
hereby repealed and the street right -of -way as previously platted
is returned to its original location.
