ORDINANCE NO. 15,291
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE I -430 LAND USE
PLAN TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL OFFICE AND
COMMERCIAL DESIGNATIONS.
WHEREAS, a recent request for office zoning along the
Autumn Road area prompted a need for further study of the
1 -430 Land Use Plan; and
WHEREAS, a proposed amendment was drafted by the staff
and reviewed by the residents of Birchwood; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendment was reviewed and was
recommended by approval of the Little Rock Planning
Commission at its April 21, 1987 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1.. The I -430 Land Use Plan is hereby amended
from Single Family to Office and Commercial as shown on the
attached drawing.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
