AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3269 -A - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Sec t o -33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Beginning at the SE
corner of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 33; thence N
88° 51' 02" W along the South line of said SE 1/4, SW
1/4, 160.29 feet to a point; thence N 020 19' 21" W,
220.35 feet to a point; thence N 87° 40' 39" E, 160.0
feet to a point on the East line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4
and said Section 33, said line also being the West line
of Tract "C ", Green Mountain Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence S 02° 19' 21" E along the East line of
said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 230.06 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.8272 acres more or less. From
"MF -18" to "0 -1 ".
AND
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Starting at the SE corner of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
said Section 33; thence N 88° 51' 02" W along the South
line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 160.29 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N 88° 51' 02" W and continuing
along the South line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 66.53 feet
to a point; thence N 1° 08' 58" E, 165.0 feet to a
point; thence N 23° 27' 14" E, 244.82 feet to a point;
thence N 89° 18' 26" E, 110.0 feet to a point on the
East line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 33, said
line also being the West line of Tract "C" Green
Mountain Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas; thence S
02° 19' 21" E along the East line of said SE 1/4, SW
1/4, 165.7 feet to a point; thence S 870 40' 39" W,
160.0 feet to a point; thence S 02° 19' 21" E, 220.35
feet to the point of beginning containing 0.8676 acres
more or less. From 'IMF-18" to "OS" (Mara Lynn Road,
west of Green Mountain Drive).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of 205
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
