AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2727 -C - Described as part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4, SW
1/4, NE 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of said W 1/2, NW 1/4, SW
1/4, NE 1/4; thence N 00 33' 39" E along the West line
of said W 1/2, NW 1/4, SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 324.9 feet to a
concrete monument; thence N 89° 55' 44" E, 81.34 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continue N 890 55'
44" E, 118.66 feet; thence N 370 14' 50" E, 171.12 feet
to a point on the South right -of -way of Rodney Parham
Road; thence N 63° 03' 15" W along said S right -of -way
line 53.8 feet; thence N 560 09' 15" W along said South
right -of -way line 69.5 feet; thence S 440 31' W, 164.10
feet; thence S 1° 04' 11" E, 83.08 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.61 acres. From "0-3" to "C -3"
(100 south Rodney Parham Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
