ORDINANCE NO. 15,398
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS. AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4938 - Described as a parcel of land situated in the
NW 1 4, NE 1/4 of Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
NE corner of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 9; thence S
020 31' 27" W alonq the East line of said NW 1/4, NE
1/4, Section 9, 750.37 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing S 020 31' 27" W along said East line
559.74 feet; thence N 87° 28' 33" W, 400.00 feet to the
eastern right -of -way line of East Otter Creek
Boulevard; thence N 020 31' 27" E 559.74 feet along
said East right -of -way line; thence S 87° 28' 33' F,
400.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing
5.14 acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to
"I -2" Light Industrial (Lots 4A and 4B, Area 101, Otter
Creek. Industrial Park, Otter Creek East Boulevard).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map he and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
