HomeMy WebLinkAbout15385M ti a N � M a ORDINANCE NO. 15,365 535 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD DISTRICT TITLED THE SUMMIT "LONG -FORM" PCD (7 -4923) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be changed from "O- 2 " / "R -2" (Office /Residential) to PCD (Planned Commercial District) Part of the SE 1/4, Section 9, and part of the NE 1/4, Section 16, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginnin at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 16; thence S 02° 03' 47" W, along the East line of the NE 1/4, Section 16, 970.8 feet; thence N 87° 31' 09" W, 1,573.51 feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of Interstate Route No. 430; thence northeasterly and northwesterly along said easterly right -of -way line the following bearings and distances; N 020 22' 23" E, 970.34 feet; N 55° 46' 14" W, 38.13 feet; N 020 05' 00" E, 759.89 feet; N 18° 12' 16" E, 470.31 feet; N 250 35' 13" E, 372.0 feet; N 490 14' 32" E, 555.07 feet; N 670 47' 02" E, 92.6 feet N 75° 38' 02" E, 188.0 feet; N 82° 20' 32" E, 357.33 feet; thence S 770 21' 48" E, 186.35 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Shackleford Road; thence southerly along said West right -of -way line the following bearings and distances; S 06° 55' 08" E, 252.23 feet; S 05° 37' 07" W, 200.05 feet; S 30° 16' 05" E, 119.3 feet; S 87° 14' 47" E, 24.0 feet to a point on the East line SE 1/4 said Section 9; thence S 020 05' 54" W, 1228.7 feet; thence N 87° 31' 09" W, 590.0 feet; along the North line of Lot 1, Interstate 430 Office Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence S 02° 05' 54" W, 300.0 feet along the West line of said Lot 1; thence S 870 31' 09" E, 590.0 feet along the South line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning containing 97.446 acres more or less. That the preliminary site development 536 plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for "The Summit, PCD" is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the Planning Commission.
