AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATIONS
TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND
PROVIDING FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A
PCD DISTRICT ENTITLED LANDSCAPE MATERIALS
AND DESIGN "SHORT -FORM PCD" (Z- 4188 -B)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,896 AND CHAPTER 43
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,896 be amended to
provide for modification of a "PCD" District entitled
"Short -Form PCD" on property described as:
A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence S 20 18' 00" W along
the East line of said 1/4, and along the centerline of
Sibley Hole Road, 683.81 feet to an iron pin, on the
East side of said road; thence N 87° 00' 00" W, 356.82
feet to an iron pin in the East right -of -way of I -430;
thence N 70 45' E, 245.85 feet to a concrete monument;
thence N 150 40' 20" E, along said I -430, 448.45 feet
to an iron pin; thence S 870 18' 22" E, 229.73 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 4.773 acres of land,
more or less (Stagecoach Road).
SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan and
plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification, the revised plan for Landscape Materials and
Design "Short -Form PCD" is conditioned upon obtaining final
plat approval from the Planning Commission within the time
specified by Article 9, Section 9 -101, Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances.
