AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
2- 3343 -A - Described as all of that part of the W 1/2,
W 1/2, E 1/2, NE 1/4 of Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying South of the centerline
of the 50 foot Little Rock Municipal Water Works
corrective easement and East of the 60 foot
right -of -way for Sam Peck Road except the East 61 feet
thereof, all being more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SE corner of said W 1/2, W 1/2, E
1/2, NE 1/4, Section 20; thence N 89° 45' 20" W along
the South line thereof 61 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue along said South line line,
N 890 45' 20" W, 217.56 feet to the easterly
right -of -way of Sam Peck Road; thence along said
easterly right -of -way on the arc of a 328.1 foot radius
curve to the right for a chord bearing and distance of
N 13° 50' W, 152.23 feet to the West line of said W
1 /2, W 1/2, E 1/2, NE 1/4; thence N O1° 01' W along
said West line and along said easterly right -of -way
420.3 feet to the centerline of said Water Works
easement; thence along said centerline S 59° 11' E,
100.0 feet; thence continue along said centerline on
the arc of a 573 foot radius curve to the right for a
chord bearing and distance of S 51° 42' E, 149.3 feet;
thence continue along said centerline S 440 13' E,
87.48 feet to a point which is 61.0 feet West of the
East line of said W 1/2, W 1/2, E 1/2, NE 1/4; thence S
000 25' W parallel and 61.0 feet West of said East line
362.52 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.786
acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to 110 -2"
Office and Institutional (4701 Sam Peck Road).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
