AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LI'PTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE I ^1 ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3238 -B - Described as lands lying in the W 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
NW corner of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
the SW 1/4 of said Section 21; thence S 000 18' 01" E,
25.00 feet to the point of beginning, said point of
beginning being on the South right -of -way of Fairview
Road; thence along the said South right -of -way line,
S 890 19' 55" E, 219.66 feet; thence leaving the said
South right -of -way line, S 00° 19' 08" E, 635.00 feet;
thence N 88° 06' 22" W, 220.00 feet; thence N 00° 18'
01" W, 630.28 feet to the point of beginning containing
3.191 acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to
"0 -2" Office and Institutional (11,801 Fairview Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
