AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4863 - Described as a parcel of land situated in the
NW 1741, NE 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, of the fifth
principal meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, thence S 02° 31' 27' W, 50.01
feet to a point on the south right -of -way line of
Mabelvale West Road; thence along south right -of -way
line N 89° 47' 25" W, 480.13 feet; thence S 02° 31' 27"
W 51.16 feet to a point on the west right -of -way line
of Otter Creek East Boulevard, said point also being
the point of beginning; thence along said west
right -of -way line S 020 31' 27" W, 462.92 feet to the
NE corner of Lot 8, Area 102, Tract A, of Otter Creek
Industrial Park; thence along the north line of said
Lot 8, N 870 28' 33" W, 225.00 feet to the northwest
corner of said Lot 8; thence N 020 31' 27" E, 148.86
feet to a point on the south line of Lot 2, Area 102,
Tract A, of Otter Creek Industrial Park; thence along
said south line of Lot 2; S 88° 47' 25" E, 1.30 feet to
the SE corner of said Lot 2; thence along the east line
of said Lot 2; N 020 06' 25" E, 360.00 feet to a point
on the south right -of -way line of Mabelvale West Road;
thence along said south right -of -way line of Mabelvale
West Road; S 880 47' 25" E, 175.22 feet; thence
continuing along said south right -of -way line along a
curve to the right an arc distance of 79.69 feet, said
curve having a radius of 50.00 feet and a chord bearing
and distance of S 430 07' 59" E, 71.52 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 2.63 acres, more or
less, from "I -2" Light Industrial to "C -3" General
Commercial (Otter Creek East Boulevard and Mabelvale
West Road).

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
