AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OAK FOREST
NEIGHBORHOOD LAND USE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning studied
the land use and zoning patterns in the Asher Avenue
Corridor and recommends modifications to the Oak Forest
Neighborhood Plan; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modifications are designed to

more accurately portray the conditions and maintain the
stability of the Oak Forest Neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the
ti
amendments to the plan and after a public hearing recommends
o
adoption of the amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

1. That the following changes be made to the
Oak Forest Neighborhood Land Use Plan:
A. Commercial use to multifamily use on the west side
of Anna Street south of 32nd Street.
B. Multifamily to duplex use for the west five lots
on the south side of 31st Street west of Madison.
C. Duplex use to single family on the south side of
30th Street west of Adams.
D. Single family use to office use for Lots 16 and 17
on the north side of 30th Street west of
Washington.
E. Single family use to commercial use for Lots 18 -22
on the north side of 30th Street west of
Washington.
F. Multifamily use to single family use for the three
lots south of 31st Street on the west side of
Madison.

side of 30th Street from Peyton to Washington.
