AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 15,378 AND REVOKING A PCD DISTRICT
TITLED JOHN HARRIS SHORT -FORM PCD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,378 was passed on
November 17, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance changed the zone classification
from "C -3" General Commercial to PCD on the following
described property:
All of Lots 7 and 8, Markham Commercial Subdivision,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
April 5, 1988 (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that the
above described property be reclassified and the PCD
classification be revoked.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,378 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 15,378 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PCD District classification of the
below listed property is revoked and the former "C -3"
General Commercial classification is restored on the
official zoning map.

Park Drive and Bowman

A RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK 136
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
REVOCATION OF A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT, "JOHN HARRIS SHORT -FORM
PCD" (FILE Z- 4909 -A) TO THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development (POD) titled
"John Harris Short -Form PCD" was preliminarily approved by
the Planning Commission in October 1987, and the Little Rock
Board of Directors in November 1987, by Ordinance
No. 15,378;
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Little Rock provides for revocation in Section 9 -101,
Paragraph,H in instances where the owner fails to a final
plan /plat;
WHEREAS, the owner of the lands involved in the
Planned Unit Development has not pursued the approved
preliminary plan;
WHEREAS, the owner has caused a reclassification action
to be filed whereby the lands involved be reclassified as
"C -3" General Commercial after approval by the Little Rock
Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission voted to recommend
to the Board of Directors that the subject POD be revoked
and the pre - existing classification of "C -3" be restored.
