ORDINANCE NO. 15,455
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PORT DISTRICT
LAND USE PLAN TO BE USED AS A GUIDE FOR
FUTURE LAND USE DECISIONS.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
prepared a land use plan for the Port District area to serve
as a guide for future land use decisions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission endorses the Port
District Plan with the request that specific dimensions for
buffer zones be deleted; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
deleted specific buffer zone dimensions from the Plan Map;
and
WHEREAS, the Board recognizes the need
comprehensive district plans to provide for
neighborhood stabilization and neighborhood
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Port District Land Use
adopted.
