AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 37 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR
THE DELETION OF PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION
37.14 ENTITLED "NOTIFICATION."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 37, Section 37, being the
Subdivision regulations of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
be amended to provide for the deletion of Section 37.14.(b)
in its entirety and the serial restructuring of Paragraphs
(a) through (e) accordingly.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage and approval.
