AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4946 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Sect on 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Beginning 532 feet West of the NE corner of the NE 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, thence S 610 feet to
the North right -of -way line of Hot Springs Highway (now
Colonel Glenn Road) then westerly along said
right -of -way 142 feet; thence N 613 feet to the North
line of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence East along said
North line 142 feet to the point of beginning,
AND
Part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as:
Beginning 341.88 feet East of the NW corner of the NE
1/4, NW 1/4, Section 22; thence S 484.37 feet; thence
easterly 165.0 feet parallel to the North line of the
Upper Hot Springs Highway; thence S 155.0 feet to the
point on the North line of the Upper Hot Springs
Highway; thence easterly 175.5 feet along said North
line; thence N 608.3 feet to the point on the North
line of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence W 340.3 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 4.58 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light
Industrial (10118 and 10120 Colonel Glenn Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
