ORDINANCE NO. 15,424
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2204 -A - Described as Lot 2AR, a replat of Lot 2R of
Lots 1R, 2R and 3R, replat of Lots 1 and 2, Nosal's
Replat of Lots E, F and G, Subdivision of Tract 5,
Home Acres Addition, to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas,
AND
Lot 3R, Nosal's Replat of Lots E, F and G, Subdivision
of Tract 5, Home Acres Addition, to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "C -3" General Commercial to "C -4"
Open Display (6015 Forbing Road and 7314 Geyer Springs
Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
