ORDINANCE NO. 15,410
AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT TO MATSON
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
STAGE /PAVILION AT RIVERFRONT PARK EAST; AND
APPROPRIATING $140,000.00 FROM THE 1977
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND PARK IMPROVEMENT
CONTINGENCY PROJECT 9712.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Little Rock Board of Directors hereby
awards a contract in the amount of $585,734.00 to Matson
Construction Company for the construction of the stage /pavilion at
Riverfront Park East.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the 1977
Capital Improvement Fund Park Improvement Contingency Project 9712
the sum of $140,000.00. Over the next three years, Riverfest,
Inc. will contribute $150,000.00 to this project, and these funds
will be returned to the original Park Improvement Contingency
Account.
