ORDINANCE NO. 15,408
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4934 - Described as part of Lot 4, Ross Mauney
Commercial Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northern most common corner between
said Lot 4 and Lot 1, said Ross Mauney Commercial
Subdivision; thence S 89° 40' 40" East along the north
line of said Lot 4, 340.0 feet to a point; thence S 200
26' 32" W, 275.45 feet to a point on the north line of
Lot 1, Fairfield Office Park, Little Rock, Arkansas;
thence N 61° 33' West along said north line 82.0 feet
to a point; thence N 89° 40' 40" West and continuing
along said north line 61.06 feet to the NW corner
thereof, said corner also being the NE corner of Lot 2,
said Fairfield Office Park; thence N 89° 40' 40" West
along the north line of said Lot 2, 109.10 feet to a
point; thence N 000 24' West along the east line of
Lots 1 and 2, Ross Mauney Commercial Subdivision and
the southerly projection of the east line of said Lot
2, 220.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing
1.5449 acres, more or less, from "0 -3" General Office
to "C -3" General Commercial ( #1 Cantrell Place,
Fairfield Office Park).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
