AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -50.43 Described as part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 27, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, run
thence north 87 041' west 417.8 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence south 2 025' west 312.8 feet; thence
north 87 041' west 312.8 feet; thence north 2 025' east
312.8 feet; thence south 87 041' east 312.8 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 2.25 acres more or less
from "R -2" single family to 110-3" general office.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
