AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4092 -C Described as Part of Plot "H," Woodland
Heights, a Subdivision of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, and
NW 1/4, Section 21, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Plot "H,"
said corner being located on the west right -of -way line
of Fairview Road; thence south 1 014140" east along the
east line of said Plot "H" 411.81 feet to a point;
thence northwesterly along the arc of a 691.20 foot
radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and
distance of north 80 026155" west 84.90 feet to a point;
thence north 76 055'40" west 31.42 feet to a point;
thence northwesterly along the arc of a 741.20 foot
radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and
distance of north 83 040140" west 174.62 feet to a
point; thence south 89 034120" west 344.64 feet to a
point; thence northwesterly along the arc of a 691.20
foot radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing
and distance of north 86 023120" west 97.43 feet to a
point on the west line of said Plot "H" 78.87 feet
north 1 050150" west of the southwest corner thereof;
thence north 1 050'50" west along the west line 350.0
feet to the northwest corner thereof; thence north
88 035106" east along the north line of said Plot "H"
732.47 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing
6.1952 acres, more or less, from 'IMF-18" multifamily to
"R -3" single family. (Pleasant Ridge and Fairview
Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
