ORDINANCE NO. 15,511 -- 295
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDIANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5020 - Described as part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4
Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4
NW 1/4 Section 11; run thence North 89 deg. 14 min.
30 sec. East along the South line thereof a distance of
188.8 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North a
distance of 50 feet; thence South 89 deg. 14 min.
30 sec. West a distance of 138.8 feet; thence North a
distance of 663.7 feet to a point on the North line of
said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11; thence North
89 deg. 26 min. 30 sec. East along said North line a
distance of 606.8 feet to the Northeast corner of said
NW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11; thence South 0 deg.
09 min. 30 sec. West along the East line thereof a
distance of 661.6 feet to the Southeast corner of said

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
