ORDINANCE NO. 15,506
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4887 - Described as all that part of the SW 1/4, SW
1 4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 15; thence East along the South line of said SW
1/4, SW 1/4, 1,088.79 feet to the West right -of -way
line of Shackleford Road (30 feet West of Centerline
Road); thence N 04° 33' 17" W along the West
right -of -way line of said Shackleford Road, 209.56
feet; thence S 89° 59' 34" W, 1,064.53 feet; thence S
020 05' 20" W along the West side of said SW 1/4, SW
1/4, 208.9 feet to the point of beginning containing
5.16 acres of land more or less from "R -2" Single
Family to "I -1" Industrial Park (4300 Shackleford
Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
