ORDINANCE NO. 15,494
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5018 - Described as Tract No. 1, Southwest City
Commercial Subdivision in the SW 1/4, Section 31,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said tract
being also known and described as part of Tract B,
Section B, Windamere Subdivision in the SW 1/4,
Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as starting at the NW
corner of the SW 1/4, Section 31; thence S 89° 45' E,
50.0 feet to a point; thence S 0° 07' E, 105.5 feet to
the point of beginning; thence S 890 03' E, 170.0 feet
to a point; thence S 0° 07' E, 150.0 feet to a point on
the North right -of -way line of Dreher Lane; thence N
89° 03' W along said North right -of -way line 145.0 feet
to a point; thence along the arc of a 25.0 foot radius
curve to the right having a long chord bearing and
distance of N 44° 35' W, 35.7 feet to a point; thence N
0° 07' W, 125.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 0.582 acres more or less from "R -2" Single
Family to "C -4" Open Display. (8209 Geyer Springs)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
