ORDINANCE NO. 15,492
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5016 - Described as a part of Tract 27, L.B. Leigh
and R.C. Butler Acres, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Tract 27,
100.0 feet South of the NE corner of said Tract 27;
thence continue along East line of Tract 27, 507.0 feet
to a point on the North riqht -of -way line of West 65th
Street; thence S 88° 39' W along said North
right -of -way line at West 65th Street 298.4 feet;
thence North along the proposed right -of -way line of
Battle Road 507.0 feet; thence N 880 39' E, 50.0 feet;
thence N 50.0 feet; thence N 88° 39' E, 198.4 feet;
thence S 50.0 feet; thence N 880 39' E, 50.0 feet to
the point of beginning containing 3.69 acres more or
less from "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display.
AND
A part of Tract 27, L.B. Leiqh and R.C. Butler Acres,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE
corner of said Tract 27; thence South along East line
of Tract 27, 100.0 feet; thence S 880 39' W, 50.0 feet;
thence N 50.0 feet; thence S 88° 39' W, 198.4 feet;
thence S 50.0 feet; thence S 88° 39' W, 50.0 feet to
the proposed right- of -wav line of Battle Road; thence
North along proposed East right -of -way line of Battle
Road 100.0 feet to the North line of Tract 27; thence N
88° 39' E along said North line of Tract 27, 298.4 feet
to the point of beginning containing 0.46 acres more or
less from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open Space.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
