AN ORDINNANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4297 -A - Described as part of the E 1/2, SW 1/4,
Section 9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as beginning at a point on
the South line of said E 1/2, SW 1/4, Section 9, 604.16
feet, S 89° 26' 52" W of the SE corner thereof; S 89°
26' 52" W along the South line of said E 1/2, SW 1/4,
670.0 feet to a point; N 10 43' 18" W, 470.0 feet to a
point; thence S 890 29' 28" W, 13.05 feet to a point on
the West line of said F 1/2, SW 1/4; thence N 0° 30'
32" W along said West line 505.0 feet to a point;
thence S 63° 02' 40" E, 196.21 feet to a point; thence
S 430 40' 04" E, 152.07 feet to a point; thence S 33°
10' 43" E, 155.32 feet to a point; thence S 27° 46' 42"
E, 722.52 feet to the point of beginning containing
9.3038 acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to
"MF -18" Multifamily. (Bowman Road at Panther Creek)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
