AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER.
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4996 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 16, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Commence at
the SE corner of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4; thence N 02° 30'
E, 65.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 66°
11' W, 171.2 feet; thence N 17° 55' E, 7.18.0 feet;
thence S 840 32' E, 104.6 feet; thence S 02° 30' W,
266.6 feet to the point of beginning.
AND
Part of the S 220.0 feet of the W 40.0 feet of the SW
1/4, NE 1/4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R-13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4;
thence N 02° 30' E, 65.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 020 30' E, 154.8 feet; thence S 86°
56' E, 40.0 feet; thence S 03° 08' W, 170.2 feet;
thence N 66° 11' W, 43.5 feet to the point of beginning
all property containing 0.8966 acres more or less from
"R -2" Single Family to "C -2" Shopping Center.

SECTION 2. That a replat be filed combining the "C -2"
area and the adjacent "C -3" parcel into one lot and that the
entire site is subject to "C -2" Site Plan Review after
replatting.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
