• ORDINANCE NO. 15,470 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4990 - Described as being part of the NW 1/4 of
Se tc ion 18, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
a point that is defined by Donald Hutchinson, Saline
County Surveyor, as being the SW corner of the N 1/2 of
the NW 1/4 of said Section 18; thence S 870 47' 12' E
for 33.2 feet; thence S 04° 32' 53" W for 73.72 feet to
a found concrete right -of -way monument; thence N 04°
32' 53" E for 921.32 feet to a found concrete
right -of -way monument and the southerly right -of -way of
Interstate 30; thence N 640 45' 51" E along said
southerly right -of -way for 124.61 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue along said southerly
right -of -way N 64° 45' 51" E for 714.49 feet; thence
S 29° 18' 55" E for 1,309.1 feet; thence S 51° 49' 36"
W for 141.24 feet; thence S 89° 57' 50" W for 392.11
feet; thence N 880 35' 36" W for 714.37 feet; thence
N O1° 07' 28" W for 7.05 feet; thence N 74° 57' 28" W
for 76.15 feet; thence N 04° 34' 21" E for 635.03 feet;
thence N 10° 44' 57" W for 251.43 feet to the point of
beginning containing 24.90 acres more or less from
"R -2" Single to "C -4" Open Display.
AND
Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at a point that is defined by
Donald Hutchinson, Saline County Surveyor, as being the
SW corner of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of said
Section 18; thence S 870 47' 12" E for 33.2 feet;
thence S 040 32' 53" W for 73.72 feet to a found
concrete right -of -way monument; thence N 04° 32' 53" E
for 921.32 feet to a found concrete right -of -way

30; thence N 64° 45' 51" E along said southerly
right -of -way for 839.10 feet; thence S 29° 18' 55" E
for 1,309.1 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue S 29° 18' 55" E for 100 feet; thence S 89° 57'
50" W for 160 feet; thence N 51° 49' 36" E for 141.24
feet to the point of beginning containing 0.16 acre
more or less from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open
Space (I -30 and County Line Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects in necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
