AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3371 -D - Described as a parcel of land situated in
the SE 1/4, Section 16, T-1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 16; thence
N 03° 34' 00" E, 410.0 feet along the East line of said
Section 16 to the point of beginning; thence continuing
along said East line, N 03° 34' 00" E, 903.60 feet;
thence continuing along said East line 01° 20' 00" E,
322.90 feet; thence N 870 34' 50" W, 1,095.08 feet;
thence S 02° 37' 30" W, 500.0 feet; thence S 190 57'
03" E, 105.00 feet; thence S 65° 50' W, 230.00 feet;
thence S 32° 10' 120.00 feet; thence S 44° 30' E,
435.00 feet; thence N 450 30' E, 370.00 feet; thence
S 440 30' E, 285.00 feet; thence S 45° 30' W, 130.00
feet; thence S 44° 30' E, 151.23 feet; thence S 86° 26'
E, 382.31 feet to the point of beginning and containing
27.3 acres more or less from "MF -12" Multifamily to
"02" Office and Institutional. (I -430 and Colonel
Glenn Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
