AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3121 -A - Described as a part of the E 1/2, W 1/2,
SW 174, Section 18, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of Section 18, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W; thence northerly along the West line of said
Section 18, 798.9 feet to the intersection of said
section line and the East right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway 67 -70; thence S 05° 21' W, 104.00 feet
along said right -of -way to a point; thence S 84° 39' E,
200.00 feet to a point; thence S 56° 44' 30" E, 640.91
feet to a point on the West line of the E 1/2, W 1/2,
SW 1/4, said Section 18 the point of beginning of the
herein described tract; thence N O1° 38' 00" W along
the West line of E 1/2, W 1/2, SW 1/4, said Section 18,

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTOIN 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
