AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2658 -B - Described as a part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and a part of the NE 1/4,
SE 1/4 of Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence run West 386.9
feet to a point; thence N 000 55' W, 648.9 feet to a
point; thence N 45° 17' 01" E along the approximate
easterly boundary of the floodway of Fourche Creek
948.97 feet to a point on the top bank of Fourche
Creek; thence 89° 35' 38" E, 339.57 feet along the top
bank of Fourche Creek to a point said point being on
the West right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 67 -70 and
the North line of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence S 5° 34' Pd, 583.1 feet along the
West right -of -way line of said highway to a point;
thence S 84° 26' E, 52.0 feet to a point on the West
right -of -way line of said highway; thence S 5° 34' W,
91.5 feet; thence N 84° 26' W, 175.0 feet to a point;
thence S 50 34' W, 200.0 feet to a point; thence S 84°
26' E, 175.0 feet to a point on the West right -of -way
line of U.S. Highway 67 -70; thence S 5° 34' W along
said West right -of -way line 445.36 feet to a point;
thence W 255.3 feet to a point; thence N 165.0 feet to
a point; thence West 285.0 feet to a point; thence
South 165.0 feet to the point of beginning containing
22.4588 acres more or less from "C -3" General
Commercial to "C -4" Open Display.

R -13 -W, and part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: Startinq at the SE
corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence run West 386.9 feet

top bank of Fourche Creek; thence N 400 34' F, 160.0
feet along the top bank of Fourche Creek to a point;
thence N 470 03' E, 187.6 feet along the top bank of
Fourche Creek to a point; thence N 89° 35' 38" E, 295.0
feet along the top bank of Fourche Creek to a point;
thence S 45° 17' 01" W along the approximate easterly
boundary of the floodway of Fourche Creek 948.97 feet
to the point of beginning containing 3.5431 acres more
or less from "C -3" General Commercial to "OS" Open

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
