ORDINANCE NO. 15,607
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A AMENDED PCD
DISTRICT TITLED STORAGE WORLD AMENDED PCD
(Z -5111) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from the current
"PCD" to an amended "PCD" Planned Commercial District.
A parcel of land in Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Arkansas being more particularly described as
follows:
A parcel described as part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4 of
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as:
Commencing at the center of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4 of said
Section 2' thence north 01013134" east along the west
line of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, 291.12 feet
(measured); (290.0 feet deed) to an existing iron pin;
thence north 89 045'13" east 330.88 feet to an existing
iron pin (said point being on the east line of said
SW 1/4, NE 1/4, SE 1/4, NW 1/4); thence south 01 012'29"
west along the east line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
SE 1/4, NW 1/4, 285.24 feet to the northwest corner of
Brook Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence south along the west line of said
Brook Park Addition 395.14 feet to a point in
Cunningham Lake Road; thence north 43038'24" west along
said Cunningham Lake Road 480.66 feet; thence north
00 053'30" east 40.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 3.852 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Storage World Amended PCD (Short -form PCD)
is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within
the time specified by Article VII, Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36,
Division 3. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
