AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE 3 MILE EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING
JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 50,9.7 - Described as a Tract of land lying in
Section 15, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 15, T -2 -N, R -14 -W; thence 01019'02" west,
22.42 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence 79006'13"
east, 30.50 feet; thence along an arc to the left
having a radius of 2,290.00 feet and having a chord
bearing and distance of south 82 001154" east,
233.95 feet; thence south 13 003'23" east, 650.00 feet;
thence west 559.75 feet; thence north 05 027'00" west,
547.33 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a
radius of 1,382.30 feet and having a chord bearing and
distance of north 03 029133" west, 94.44 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That Sites 116, 142 and 144 are subject to
the following conditions:
Site 116 - A forty -foot
and abutting the Chenal

shall be subject to site plan review by the Planning
Commission. In addition, forty foot landscape strips
parallel to and abutting Highway 10 and the Chenal

SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section t hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
